How to Initiate a Return
Customers have 10 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return claim for a defective item.
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@fortisreach.com with your order number and a clear description of the defect. We may also ask for photographic or video evidence to help us assess the issue.
